Yolanda was a kid-preneur at the age of 10 where she found solace styling hair, later becoming a salon owner and launched Royal Weaves by Yolanda in 2010 with the moto being "Highlighting the Beauty Within" Yolanda thought putting what her business was about before her name and talent was very important in regards to the client experience.

Yolanda later renamed the Salon: Beyond Beautiful Hair and Makeup Studios which is now a faith based Hair Extension & Make Up Studio that really focuses on "Highlighting the Beauty Within encouraging clients to "Be Beyond Beautiful" and not just pretty. Yolanda makes it her business to make sure all clients feel relaxed, inspired and beautiful leaving her salon. Her clients say booking with her is like booking an inspirational therapy session.

In 2015 Yolanda founded Beyond Beautiful Girls Inc. an organization that teaches young women to prize and possess their beauty within. With personal, spiritual and community development being so huge on Yolanda's heart she later founded a lifestyle community organization "Beyond Beautiful Living" where she is able to serve people on many different levels in  many different ways.
